About
I’m Issam El Bani, the builder behind VELTEIN.
I develop websites, applications, automation systems and data-driven tools, and I combine that technical work with more than eleven years of accounting, reporting and business operations experience.

years in accounting, billing, financial reporting and business operations
Why the business background matters
Before most of my software work, I spent years inside the processes that software is supposed to help: invoices and billing, financial reports, reconciliations and the day-to-day running of a business.
That shapes how I build. I start from the workflow and the data, ask where the time actually goes, and treat reporting, edge cases and the people using the tool as part of the job, not an afterthought.
What VELTEIN is
VELTEIN is the name I build under: digital products, web engineering and automation. It covers products I have developed, such as CityBook, RankCortex, BindPages and Viralux, website work delivered for clients, and the tools and scripts I write along the way. Client websites belong to their respective owners; my portfolio presents my development contribution. The idea is to connect business understanding with software delivery: identify a useful problem, build the system around it and keep the result understandable to the people who use it.
How I work
- Small, visible steps, with a working preview early.
- Honest scope: what will be built, what will not, and why.
- Real evidence over claims. No invented numbers, logos or testimonials.
- Systems you can run after hand-over: documented hosting, backups and redirects.
Working with a team
I’m interested in work involving full-stack products, backend services, React interfaces and automation. The guide for hiring teams connects those areas to specific case studies and relevant experience we can discuss in an interview.
